PW-2310S Series packing machine can carry out three or four sides sealing pouch. Equipped with different feeding device, it can pack liquid, viscosity product in high speed. 

Characteristic:

1. The machine is equipped with one set of vertical sealing roller, one set of horizontal sealing roller and one set of sealing roller to strengthen. The vertical sealing roller is completed, continuous grain vein with leak-resistant line. The horizontal sealing roller is grain vein with leak-resistant line or plain sealing with leak-resistant line.
2. The whole set of machine combines forming -vertical sealing--filling -horizontal sealing -horizontal strengthen sealing--notching-cutting together.
3. The feeding device depends the physical state of packing product, which includes Magnetic pump device M for liquid feeling; Hibar pump device H and Rotary pump device R for homogeneous viscosity, Piston pump P for viscosity with granule;
4. There are line cutter, zigzag cutter and perferative cutter of option

1. PLC control, operation on HMI panel, which shows working status, two servo motors driven pouch length adjustable, and with intelligent eye-mark sensor, which to control the first pouch located automatically, and the interruption information of the abnormal eye-mark print or incorrect design can be excluded and eye-mark system working stable.
2. The 3rd sealing roller and cutter are electrical controlled.
3. Film tensile device ensures the good-looking of finish pouch and stable pouch length controlled in different diameter of film roller.
4. Direct sealing temperature detector ensures the stable sealing roller during high speed running
5. Equipped with safety door, which protect operators efficient.
6. Take instant noodle sauce pouch as example, pouch dimension as 80x80mm, the regular production speed could be up 130ppm.

Functions:
    For liquid, viscous product, such as soy sauce, vinegar, oil, beauty care, shampoo, medicine, etc.
